Partnered with the Development Managers to determine project resourcing requirements, assign project responsibilities and coordinate program scheduling to maximize delivery of projects. Traveled to China, Taiwan, and Japan as necessary to manage vendor relations, costing and to resolve design and manufacturing issues. Tracked capital and external labor spending and submitted invoicing through SAP.

Lead engineer during NPD projects and the company Structural Analyst to support all the development teams at Graco.Principle Responsibilites:Coordinated and directed complete product development from paper sketch to manufacturing start-up. Provided material selection for commodity and engineering plastics, steel and aluminum metals (including welding callouts) and textiles. Conducted tolerance stack analysis to assure 3+Sigma quality. Used Pugh matrixs for concept selection. Delivered 3-D Design using Pro Engineer Wildfire 3, FEA with Mechanica to qualify and optimize designs. Utilized DFM & DFA to ensure robust high quality products. Fabricated and structurally tested prototype products. Assessed manufactures production capability and released Production Issue 3-d & Drawings files.

Principle Responsibilites:Supported the Project Superintendent and Project Manager in construction planning for the Portsmouth Naval Hospital Energy Center. Worked with field engineer to layout and install pilings, drainage piping, grade beams and roadways. Designed and built a temporary construction office space and installed all utilities. Operated a Caterpillar Articulated Bucket Loader and Track Hoe. Managed a labor crew of 4 to install water mains for the Cherry Point Naval Hospital.

Field Engineer responsible for designing and implementing Minor Modifications including Fire Systems testing equipment and installation of seismically qualified safety equipment in the Battery Backup Rooms.
