Programmer/Analyst• Developed and maintained an interface between JDA E3 Replenishment software and system ERP. This improved inventory management for the Purchasing department for a savings of around $40,000 per year.• Developed interfacing with data synchronization from our ERP to enable customer access to item data. This resulted in a more streamlined process for customers which improved their access to item data online.• I queried users to improve applications such as order processing, customer maintenance, invoicing, finances, and warehouse management to enhance those applications in the system ERP to better meet their needs.• I was involved with integrating WMS software into the system to improve warehouse performance. I wrote interfaces to load data into the WMS and to update the ERP once an order ships through the WMS.• I was involved in implementing a new ERP system and developed an interface that would populate the databases within this system. • Developed the e-commerce ordering system, including designing customized packing slips for customers according to their requirements. This generated over $500,000 in dot com sales per year.• I was involved in the development of a B2B system that enabled customers to create orders on the Web and process them in our system.• I developed an interface to split O2Cool orders from Amazon from the rest of the orders. They needed to be accounted for separately, as O2Cool was acquired. This eliminated the need for manually writing the orders, which achieved savings of labor costs. The labor savings were around $10,000 per year.• I worked in a team to improve the process of picking orders in the warehouse. Instead of picking orders one at a time we set up a way to batch pick multiple orders in the warehouse. This reduced the number of pickers needed to complete orders, resulting in a savings of labor of around $60,000 per year.
