To project manage the successful delivery of 5 key infrastructure projects which support the launch of Linear TV and WCC.

To project manage the delivery of the processes and designs which would enable the successful migration of BT's Voice and Broadband customers to it's new 21C network.

To project manage the delivery of key products services and infrastructure to support BT Broadband. This included the VC migration project which completely transformed the BT Broadband architecture and enabled the launch of 2 new premium products whilst saving BT in excess of £24m in cost avoidance!.

To project manage the delivery of the infrastructure within the MSIP which would support Broadband and other key services.

To project manage the delivery of the core infrastructure to support Broadband.

To produce strategic plans for the access network. This included proposed rollout of new technologies such as LA30 and TPON. Also built and maintained the access electronics budgets (in excess of £25m) for Northern Home Counties.

To run a team that planned KiloStream private circuits. To also run a team that would plan and deliver Network Interconnect for Northern Home Counties.

To plan and deliver all aspects of network interconnect with OLO's within Northern Home Counties.

To plan all updrades to DMSU's in Northern Home Counties. To set up and run a new Regional Interconnect team, setting up new points of interconnect within Northern Home Counties.

To plan and deliver the closure of the analogue GSC's within the Oxford and Bedford telephone areas.
