• Executive Staff position. Hired by GM of Pentium 2, 3 and 4 to build team of 85 people. Responsible for project management custom WEB tool that drove the company. Created TCL based HTTP server on top of SQL that provided Intel like project management across the entire company. • Participated from start up and went through VC stage all the way into implementation. Funded by AMD to do Video processing X86 Core for TV and Set top box industry. Reviewed all of AMD internal architectures for their X86 product and internal IP for bus and PC sub system. • Located and negotiated contracts around key IP blocks for the SOC. Managed team of 18 RTL coders to achieve Bus and SOC validation models.
