Production & Logisitics Manager
Key Responsibilities: a. Fulfill customer satisfaction in quality, quantity, on time delivery, and low cost; b. Staff satisfaction in safety and development; c. Keep shop floor constant ability of profitability; d. Lead and ensure a lean production and logistic system;1. Production, Lean and safety: Plant setting up, Production lines/equipment installation; Line try out and rum-up production until SOP with fulfill audits like VDA, LPA, PLA, Run@Rate, ISO9000 and TS16949; Train and maintain lean operating system and culture through the company Setting up Production organization structure, roles and responsibilities; Setting up and audit standard work; Shop floor manage: 5S, JIT, quality, cycle time, OEE, on-time delivery, safety, standardization, visualization, problem solving, continuous improvements, incremental innovation, cost saving ,suggestion…. Plant level KPIs targeting and analysis; Production meetings and reports; Analyze shopfloor bottleneck and lead continues improvements; Developing multi-function skill staff; TPM Internal customer orientation; Cost calculation and analysis; Lead cost saving activities; Team building and TM training; Lean Roadmap and Smartsheet; Lead safety engineer;2. Logistics Management: Organization structure, roles and responsibilities; EDI and Call-offs; MRP; RM planning, production planning, delivery, inventory, good receiving, Shop floor logistic: safety, material handling, 5S, FIFO, Pull system, racks, transportation, tools, Kanban, labels; packaging; scraps; layout, visualization; Safety stock and lean inventory strategy; Engineering Change; Supplier delivery performance; Import and export, customs; 3rd party of transportation agent; Logistic audit from customers/to suppliers; Logistics lay-out; standard work; A3; QAD;BOM; Cost Cycle counts; KPIs; Multi-functional logistic staff training and development; New project support; Continues improvements;
