Lead the operations, in house maintenance, construction, and IT departments for Kilian Management Services, a large McDonald's Owner Operator.

Directed multiple District Managers as well as developed high performing General Managers into the District Manager role. Recently opened two brand new sites in a span of two weeks while building strong management teams and causal systems for each of the sites from the ground up. Responsible for overseeing the performance of District Managers to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to Brand standards. Manages company vendors, including the recruitment or termination of contracts and price negotiation. Manages company maintenance department (in house) to ensure proper use of productivity and company funds. Developed and presented a comprehensive training class/program for all management levels, up to and including District Managers. Developed and implemented many OPS initiatives to help drive the business forward.
