I'm a consummate team player and motivator, and feel victorious when those around me experience success.I’m extremely excited to be leading our sales team here at Surly Brewing Co. where I’m surrounded by so many talented and outstanding individuals. After having run craft sales at GDI in Portland this has been a natural transition for me, and believe that the empathy I can share with our distribution network can allow Surly to act as the ideal partner with our wholesalers. I decided to return to the distributor side of the business with GDI in 2015. That experience was extremely challenging and yet satisfying, and we accomplished so much before GDI was purchased by Columbia Distributing in March of 2018.At Green Flash I was responsible for distributor execution and driving sales for 13 Western and Midwestern states, resulting in 85% growth in 2013 and 40% growth in 2014.Managed District Managers in Colorado, Minneapolis, and Washington.I have been in the alcohol industry for over 23 years, and thoroughly enjoy the challenges that come in this business. Experienced in almost all facets of the industry, this has been one amazing roller coaster ride and I look forward to learning and growing on a daily basis.
