For over 36 years I've been a minister in several church families. I love seeing God bring a group of dis-jointed brethren to live and act as a family. God left His church on Earth to make disciples, all of His people. One of the greatest joys is to see a child of God become aware of that and lauch out into this realm. During these years I've been with smaller ministires, some so small that it required having a full-time job. Working 4+ years for JLG Industries as a material handler, radial arm drill operator, and then running vertical and horizontial mills (3 and 4 axis, punchtape and GE Faunk) was not only satisfying but it allowed me to work - something preachers are accused of not having to do. I wish I had the experience that I have now, years ago in my 20's and 30's to have been more effective in helping God's people.
