Bob Rupp is the founder of Leadership Resources of Wisconsin LLC, providing strategic management consulting, business owner transition/succession planning and, board advisory services to small and mid-sized privately held companies.He was previously CEO of MCL Industries, an Electrical and Mechanical assemblies manufacturer and was also CEO of Bay Tek Entertainment, a leading developer and manufacturer of electronic games found in Family Entertainment Centers throughout the world. Both are headquartered in Pulaski WI. Bob was previously president and co-founder of The Renewal Group from 2005 to 2011, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in assisting closely held companies to develop strategies for family business succession and growth. Before that, Bob led Appleton International INC., a US Paper Industry equipment manufacturer as CEO/Partner from 2001 until he facilitated their sale to an international holdings group in 2005. Before that, he had been President of American Finishing Resources, a national coatings services company serving OEM's throughout North America with multiple facilities from 1997 to 2001. This followed a 19-year management career with Shade/AMPAD Inc, a national computer supplies manufacturer with multiple facilities throughout the US. Bob also serves as a board member for Veriha Trucking, Marinette, WI, NBG (Natural Beauty Growers) Holdings, Inc., Denmark, WI, McDonald Companies Inc., Green Bay, WI., and The Automobile Gallery and Events Center of Green Bay, WI. He is currently a member of Vistage, an International CEO peer organization. He currently serves as the Founding Chair of the Cofrin School of Business Advisory Board at The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and he was previously a member of their Council of Trustees from 2001 to 2011. He is also a past board member of The Green Bay Community Foundation from 2006 to 2012. During Bob's career, he has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards for companies and organizations.Above all else, he loves to spend time with his family either on the ski slopes or on the waters in Northern Wisconsin.
