Prior to Sharpvue, Bob served as Chief Sales Officer at Upnine, based in Norwell, MA. Upnine is a comprehensive managed service company with programs designed for mission critical integrated physical security, networking, IOT, and wireless connectivity platforms designed to proactively manage system health and ensure maximum operational uptime.Previous to Upnine, Bob served Kastle Systems as its Chief Sales Office, overseeing a nationwide sales force of 140+ Business Development Managers while propelling the company to three consecutive years of record growth. He has a diverse 34-year background of success in the electronic security services industry and related business sectors.As CMO and SVP of Sales for ASG Security, Bob Ryan led the company’s sales management, product development and overall marketing strategy. Well known for his dynamic leadership style, he successfully integrated the sales and marketing functions of ASG to achieve significant internal growth. He served a pivotal role on ASG’s senior management team that built the company from $870K in RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) in 2003 to $10.5M by 2015. Upon its sale to Apollo Global Management in July 2015, ASG was recognized as the 10th largest U.S. electronic security company.At Protection One, Bob was responsible for leading the outside sales force of 565 sales reps across the company’s residential, small business and commercial sales channels throughout 70 U.S. locations. As the company’s Senior Vice President of Field Sales, he assembled the company’s sales management roster by leading talent acquisition across all markets. He was instrumental in the company’s integration activities combining both ASG and Protection One’s sales forces into a consolidated sales platform under the ADT brand.Over the course of his career, Bob has been an active security industry advocate and frequent guest speaker across prominent industry organizations.
