Designed the first totally self-contained in‐ground pressurized fiberglass reinforced (FRP) polymer enclosure, with air cylinder actuated equipment racks and related switching that operated the equipment racks and pressurization system. Developed pressurized air sealing systems that prevent moisture from entering the enclosure. Applied for four U.S. Patents.

PBS&J was one of Florida’s largest government contractors and was sold to British design firm WS Atkins for $280M in 2010. Managed multiple telecommunications projects for AT&T/BellSouth including multi-year initiatives related to hundreds of miles of cabling through underground conduits. Led emergency repair teams for power and telecommunications outages related to multiple hurricanes.

Freeport, Ny

Designed steel and vacuum-formed plastic fiber optic splice enclosures for telecommunications clients including NYNEX, Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), Delmarva Power, Pepco Power, Southern Power, et al. Awarded two US patents and several copyrights and IPs. Sold company to Acro Communications in 1996.
