Responsible for AOC Weapon System requirements with involvement in AOC WS configuration management, enterprise management, Engineering Configuration and Requirements Engineering Working Groups.

Responsible for developing the Combat Air Forces (CAF) Personnel Rescue, AWACS and Control and Reporting Center (CRC) portions of the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) using HHQ Scheduling Construct and inter-MAJCOM agreements. Also support CAF sourcing of the various Combatant Command Global Campaign Plans.

Responsible for developing, coordinating and managing ABMS requirements

Led team responsible for identifying, coordinating, validating and prioritizing requirements for the Joint C2 Family of Programs with a $650 million annual sustainment and modernization budget- Authored, coordinated and gained Vice Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff approval of the Joint C2 Capability Description Document that defines and validates Joint Staff, Combatant Command, military Service and Department of Defense (DOD) agency Joint C2 capability requirements.- Authored, coordinated and gained Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff approval of a Chairman’s Directive that codifies the processes, roles and authorities for Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service and DOD Agency submission, validation and prioritization of Joint C2 capability requirements.

Senior NATO Air C2 capability planner responsible for developing NATO’s Air C2 Capability Improvement Plan and supporting the development of NATO’s Air C2 Strategic Concept. Senior C2 analyst supporting U.S. Strategic Command’s Global Strike Community of Interest C2 development efforts.- Authored, coordinated and gained approval of NATO’s Air C2 Concept of Operations and NATO’s Air C2 Capability Improvement Plan.

Led team responsible for developing BAE Systems’ Capability Planning methodology. Led capability‐based analyses of both the U. S. Air Force’s Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System and the Air Force Chief of Staff‐directed Component Numbered Air Force Headquarters study. Team won BAE Systems 2007 Chairman’s Team Award for Excellence

Led 125‐member directorate that developed and advocated Air Force C2 requirements. Formulated Air Force positions on acquisition, operational test and evaluation, and fielding of AOC Weapon System capabilities. Chaired the AOC WS O‐6 level Integrated Product Team, Requirements Review Board and Configuration Control Board to maintain AOC WS standardization across the various worldwide CAOCs
