Responsible for supporting the Co-Manufacturing team with sourcing best practices for new co-manufacturers, contract negotiations, and raw material cost optimization for finished products produced eternally. To date, my team has generated in excess of $18MM of savings over the past 4 years. Responsible for a team of 3 direct reports; report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer.

As the Director Global Procurement , I am responsible for a team of 5 individuals and procurement related to fresh, frozen, dehydrated, concentrated and pureed fruits and vegetables for our North American and Canadian operations.

As the Senior Manager Global Procurement , I am responsible for 2 direct reports and procurement related to spices, and fresh, frozen, dehydrated, concentrated and pureed fruits and vegetables for our North American and Canadian operations.

As the Global Procurement Manager, I am directly responsible for the Frozen Vegetables and Sweeteners categories for North American and Canadian operations.

As the Merchandise and Commodity Procurement Manager, I managed the procurement program for approximately $275 million annual merchandise and commodity spending in accordance with corporate procurement strategies. Categories of responsibility included but were not limited to the following: PET and HDPE bottles and closures, pressure sensitive and roll-fed labels, foodservice ingredients, and commodities such as coffee, domestic sugar, frozen concentrated orange juice, soybean oil, and energy (electricity and natural gas). I was responsible for developing and implementing program elements that included standard sourcing process, financial analysis tools, fixed versus indexed contracts and hedging strategies, optimal contract term, cost breakdown analysis, benefit improvement opportunities, vendor measurement program, contingency planning and achievement of agreed quality, cost and service goals.
