Completed detailed emission calculations, completed state, federal and NSR (New Source Review) applicability determinations, developed hundreds of responses to public comments, crafted process-specific permit conditions, outlined compliance procedures, facilitated the resolution of enforcement proceedings, and produced all corresponding permit documents.Produced, or served as an adviser in the development of, nearly 100 permits covering, but not limited to, the following industries: simple cycle and combined cycle power generation, coke manufacturing and processing, iron and steel production, secondary aluminum processing, reinforced fiberglass and plastic production, copper rod processing, Portland cement manufacturing, mineral processing and grain processing.Served as a co-author of a NSR Reform training manual that delineated the complex intricacies of the rule's applicability and requirements. Provided 35 hours of training lectures and presentations to state permitting staff.
