Responsibilities also included the review of the tangible asset reports, editing of reports, making sure of the software calculations, computer operations/data entry, and the printing of the final report. My Signature was required on all of the reports I actually did and all of those that I reviewed. Earned the designation of an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers in the Field of Technical Services/Machinery and Equipment by class participation, passing all of the examinations, report review, and time served in the field.
