I also have accountability for operational security, availability and efficiency of the APVMA's current ICT and Information Management environment. Relocation Program - Executive Management of a delivery program managing acquisition, construction, fitout and occupation of the APVMA's new regional office located in Armidale NSW. I also have accountability for Facilities Management and Physical Security of the authority's current premises in the ACT.Corporate Services Transition - Executive management of the ongoing delivery of corporate services within the APVMA during the transition to Armidale mid-2019 including: ICT operations, HR Management, Finance Management, Facilities Management, Public Affairs and Communication, and Program Management. I am also accountable for successful transition of these functions to Armidale-based positions as and when staff are recruited into positions identified in the new APVMA Armidale organisational structure.
