I joined the ECB in April 2022 to project manage and administrate the SS&M and Athlete Management database for men’s, women’s and domestic cricket. In addition to this role I continue to build Systems in Sport, an online S&C coach education and resource platform for a diverse range of practitioners (S&C, PT, Physio, Docs). I also run a grass roots S&C coach education programme for Empire Fighting Chance, a fabulous charity working with young people from a vast range of challenging backgrounds. I spent 15+ years 2004-2022 as a S&C coach in numerous performance and professional sports with my final role as lead S&C at Gloucestershire CCC. Other roles include professional/performance tennis and field hockey.
