Manage logistics and warehousing activities

Managed contract packing of frozen food products, including meatproducts, vegetables and fruit and jointly responsible for management of entire site. Customers included large national companies supplying national retailers, food manufacturers and small businesses. Responsible for full budget control, packaging procurement and quality. Liase daily with customers and suppliers and all other site departments. Developed and managed quality systems in line with BRC guidelines and maintained highest level accreditation. Responsible for local authority audits including EHO, Trading Standards and health & safety.
