• Account lead for a national TFM service of a government contract delivering hard, soft, security and catering across multiple sites nationwide with a P&L of £20M per annum. • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.

- Ensure regular reports or dashboards are produced which fully demonstrate the position of compliance in relation to Atalian Servest’s services for the client- Ensure all staff, engineers and subcontractors working on the client estate are suitably trained, qualified, and competent to do so. - Raise remedial works as required and monitor to completion. - Ensure all service records and present and reviewed on the management system, and that all logbooks are accurate and up to date- Provide technical advice in regard to maintenance, repair and projects on all activities- Support the avoidance and mitigation of commercial contract risks through non performance- Undertake audits and assurance checks in agreed programme- Champion best practice health and safety on the client estate- Ensure all compliance planned visits are undertaken in accordance with compliance schedule, and all maintenance is carried out in line with statutory and mandatory requirements- Raise remedial works and advise on corrective measures as needed in order to maintain compliance and minimise risk on the estate - Support both contract and central teams in all activities of delivery and reporting of planned maintenance tasks to the client’s requirements. - Assist engineering teams with toolbox talks, training, site visits and ad-hoc support as required- Documenting process and procedures required for ensuring compliance on the client estate. - Ensure all estate asset information is kept up to state in CAFM system, and that robust change control procedures are implemented.

• To complete and validate technical paperwork and statutory documentation. From witness & Commissioning sign off, managing contractors through projects and then into a self-delivery model • Complete regular review of engineer and sub contractor paperwork, identifying additional work opportunities and reactive repairs required from maintenance inspections.• To complete audits of site log books, engineers and sub contractor activities and ensure all tools, equipment and vehicle inspections are undertaken.• To support the HMRC helpdesk with technical queries on reactive jobs, and support in monthly maintenance planning of core engineering PPM work.• To attend regular site FM Meetings and provide quality updates on ongoing issues or challenges involving any aspect of M&E and Fabric services.• To deputize for the Operations Manager or Regional Project Manager for any specific duties requested.• To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. • To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship• Ensuring risk assessments, method statements and tool box talks are completed as required. • To manage the safety audit program of both internal and external teams• To lead the safety culture plan for HMRC with ownership of the annual implementation plan

Manage engineers effectively including activity, productivity, absence, attendance & performance.Ensure all technical procedures are fully adhered to ensuring compliance with company accreditations. This includes the design of lighting layouts for offices and commercial areas, advising clients on the type of lighting products required for commercial areas. • Key accounts management.I oversee the growth of accounts where the potential for a large and profitable business relationship is gained through trust and excellent customer service. I have worked with potential customers who have little knowledge of Keylighting, to the stage of Keylighting becoming the main supplier of their commercial lighting, extracting some of the largest orders for the business in the process.• Customer complaints.As all customer complaints come through me, it is my job for either me or my sales team to respond in writing and bring these to satisfactory conclusions.• Marketing.It is my responsibility to promote the companies name & product through our own method of advertising.• Lighting Design. I am trained in the design of lighting installation for commercial and industrial applications, using the programme Re-Lux, and have completed, from the design stage thousands of projects where Keylightng’s products have been installed to comply with current lighting regulations.
