• Coordinating production goals, targets, and scope, and troubleshooting problem areas• Managing and directing the work of up to 5-30 workers, with a focus on crew member retention and reliability, quality and efficiency of work performed• Coordinating, evaluating & compliance monitoring of multiple crews of subcontractors • Overseeing projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough, including land clearing, grade work, filling, cutting, subgrade, installing pipework, watermains & infrastructure

• Developing and maintaining a schedule of work, which includes project timelines, materials required, testing, based on the master project plan• Managing and directing the work of multiple crews, up to 50 workers, and multiple crews of subcontractors including asphalt, concrete, bridge builders, landscaping, utilities etc.• Advising senior level management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, and assisting in resolving issues to meet project timelines• Ensuring a safe and respectful workplace
