Highly qualified financial expert and business advisor with broad experience serving global public, private and private equity-backed companies. Trusted advisor to executive leadership, boards of directors and audit committees on strategic growth, regulatory matters, crisis/change management and ESG practices. I currently provide consulting services with Centri Business Consulting, headquartered in Philadelphia, to drive significant value for mid-market privately held, private equity, venture capital and public companies across all phases of the M&A life cycle from initial strategy, buy side and sell side due diligence through execution and integration. I have also consulted on a number of pre-IPO and SPAC / SPARC transactions including assisting with planning the transaction, preparing MD&A, pro-forma and other financial information for the registration statement. I recently retired from KPMG after more than 38 years. For the last nearly 25 years I served as an Audit Partner in the Pennsylvania Business Unit where I led cross-functional teams of audit, tax, and advisory specialists to provide services to large public and privately owned global organizations across numerous industries. During my time, I also served as the moderator of the Director Roundtable and CFO Exchange for the Pittsburgh office. In collaboration with the local NACD chapter, I facilitated highly interactive and panel- driven roundtable sessions that brought together board directors, audit committee members, and senior executives to discuss, emerging trends, and leading practices. I also led panels on corporate governance issues including board oversight of corporate culture, shareholder activism, and capital allocation and am frequently consulted on emerging corporate governance issues including board oversight of risk management and risk assessment.Throughout my career I embraced the opportunity to mentor high-potential talent for promotion to partner and serve as a model and guide to partners enhancing financial performance and driving growth.
