Bob Taylor Investigation Services commenced operation in 2015 with the objective of providing professional, cost effective and reliable factual investigation services to clients in the insurance industry, legal profession and corporate environment with a specific focus on attention to detail, timeliness and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.I am a very experienced, formally qualified and practical Investigator supported by a network of professional associates.My investigation experience has been gained over more than 40 years of direct involvement in the investigation field and includes:• 20 years with South Australia Police where I worked as a senior designated Detective involved in the investigation of serious criminal matters, and• 23 years in the insurance industry including employment as an Investigations Manager with a large general insurer and 8 years as the General Manager of an investigation company.My extensive ‘hands on’ practical experience has been supplemented by formal tertiary study and qualifications and I seek to stay abreast of current trends, legislation, judgements and determinations, Code of Practice and Privacy requirements.Current clients include general insurers, law firms (for both liability and criminal investigations), Government departments and Loss Adjusters. I am well aware of the challenges faced by insurers and whilst a significant focus remains on matters of General Insurance - Domestic, Commercial and Rural - fires (structures, bush fires, crop fires), burglaries, motor theft, motor accidents, theft, liability, travel, etc, I have a demonstrated capability to undertake corporate and criminal investigations to a high standard.Whilst based in Adelaide, I have the capacity to travel to remote / rural areas and interstate to undertake investigations
