As the area manager, I oversaw the day to day running my geographical area including recruitment, training and discipline issues. I was responsible for the management of stock and cash control, reporting directly to the company sales director.

I was responsible for store management, overseeing customer service, stock control and financial management, ensuring the team consistently met targets and all company requirements.
