My professional life has been dedicated to support people as individuals but also in groups, to develop a deeper insight in their behavioral patterns. This can be in a coaching setting as well as in a therapeutic partnership. The individual is at the kernel of the action and not her-his problem. Respect is a key attitude and "made to measure " is essential the way I work. Some 5000 people in the Netherlands were trained with Hermes' model of therapy and coaching and i used intensely.My contribution to change is essentially mapping the emotional and relational issues and offering work shops and coaching to boost resilience of the people as well as understanding and use (if possible) of the group dynamics during the change traject.
