The ORS-3 mission flies on November 4, 2013, with 27 total Cubesat payloads, which we hope to image during our mission.ARGUS is a 2U Cubesat flying a radiation payload designed by Vanderbilt University for the purpose of testing radiation effect models for small form factor semiconductor devices.RASCAL is two 3U Cubesats being flown together, attached together at ejection time. The mission is to release the two spacecraft from each other, identify the positioning of each spacecraft relative to one another using active image processing from an imaging payload as well as direct radio link of sensor data between the two spacecraft. Once identified, the spacecraft stabilize with cold thrusters and begin performing flight maneuvers, potentially including docking the two spacecraft.
