Handling Dr’s and employees questions and needs as they came up to ensure a very high quality work situation for both the office and employee.

Generated and built a very successful company by providing quality customer service including the cleaning of windows. Customers obtained by cold calling and door to door soliciting as well as referrals. Accounts were scheduled and bookkeeping was performed ensuring the books were accurate.

Provided support for three branches for mag tape drive repair. Duties included installation, on-site troubleshooting and repair of broken tape drives. Developed, wrote and taught classes relating to customer service calls.
