Developed strategy that turned Eminox Stoke around from declining sales and mounting losses. Negotiated new terms and conditions for a manufacturer in the oil and gas industry, changed framework to introduce a payment plan driven by milestones to enable projects to become cash positive, with typical contract values of £4.5m. Turned round an underperforming production team, which was missing key targets and manufacturing poor quality products for large vehicle OEM, who was considering terminating the contract. Defined clear roles and responsibilities with detailed operational procedures for the team and introduced Kaizen and 5S. Increased production by 46% and reduced rejects by 27%.

Ovivo Ltd, part of the GLV GROUP, supplies and manufactures large capital equipment to the Oil & Gas, water and power industries worldwide. I managed 27 people directly and a further 18 through matrix management, with responsibility for projects from inception to delivery, split between the UK and export markets.Also responsible for the workshop which undertakes repairs of the products as well as all PDI and commission on customers sites.Responsible for the delivery of customer orders, ensuring they are delivered on time, and to cost, always ensuring good effective communication with customers.
