In February 2017 Xura completed the acquisitions of Mitel Mobility and Ranzure, and the combined company rebranded as Mavenir. Exec and commercial finance functions transferred out of Reading during the integration period and I left Mavenir in Sep 2017.

In May 2016 Xura Inc was acquired by Siris Capital and taken private.

In August 2015 Acision was purchased by Comverse Inc and the combined company rebranded as Xura Inc, a NASDAQ listed company.

ACA graduate scheme. I worked as an external auditor for medium to large clients in the consumer business and technology sectors, as well as large universities and NHS bodies. My work covered UK GAAP and IFRS financial statements, as well as group reporting to parents in the USA.I was responsible for delivery of high-quality audit field work throughout my time at Deloitte, and in later years was the main on-site contact with the client during audits. I rapidly applied skills and knowledge from my previous clients to new settings, and developed positive professional relationships with clients resulting in effective and efficient audits.I achieved first-time passes in all my ACA exams.
