Today with increased drug use and more employers testing , those employers that don't test will see an increase of individuals that abuse drugs enter their work force. In some states having post-accident drug testing in place after a work injury will save the employer the cost of injury care if the test is positive. January 6, 2020 , the FMCSA Clearing House will be another tool that will assist employers with a drug free workplace. MOH is available to help employers with the process and answer questions related to testing and compliance.B.
