1.Responsible for Newegg’s entire performance of inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply-chain excellence for 60 categories with different life cycles and sourcing models.2.Work closely with domain heads and Merchandising Management team to develop, manage, coordinate, and execute inventory strategies to position the company in the market to better improve the efficient use of Newegg’s capital while optimize customer experience.3.Gate keeper to verify Newegg’s strategy buying requests (SBRF) by analyzing inventory levels and position, landed cost, and SKU performance to determine inventory liability and an exit strategy for unproductive inventory.4.Partner with Operation team, including Order Process Center (OPC), Reserve Logistic Center (RLC) and Transportation teams to communicate and plan the operational impact of planning and sourcing decisions. Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for supply chain improvements.5.Manage all the PA leaders/China APM managers, track job performance, and monitoring results.Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as in stock rate, Procurement Lead Time (PLT), fill rate, forecast accuracy and turns(IS ratio) to manage PA team members’ daily operation.6.Provide training and guidance to all PA/China APM team. 7.Create and maintain guideline and direction for PA recruiting, participate and conduct training, on-boarding, and mentoring.8.Perform audits of inventory management-related tools and systems ensuring settings are correct and optimized. Automate whenever possible.

1. Lead and manage Purchase Administration(PA) team, be responsible for overall performance of Newegg's inventory management, content quality and vendor relationship maintenance. 2. Assist Business Management (BM) Head in Purchase Administration (PA) project, be responsible for data analysis, cross-function communication, PA SOP design and employees training aimed towards improving the overall effectiveness of Newegg supply chain.3. Being responsible for workflow mapping (design period), cross function coordination (construction period), convey and in-house IT program testing (trial period), employee training and handbook edition (official launch) for the new module.3.Document finding for studies and prepare recommendations to optimize Newegg in-house IT systems and tools to conduct analytical studies and develop a more efficient reporting system to adopt current and future business and organizational changes.
