Experienced IT Support professional with a demonstrated history in multiple levels of IT Support. Skilled with enterprise Audio Visual and Learning Technology Systems, Desktop Support and Level 1 Support Management, Incident Management and IT Learning.I am proud to be a member of the Digital and Technology Services Management team. My primary responsibility is to oversee the tier 1 support team,Telecommunications team and Venue Support . This involves managing the day-to-day operations of the teams, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively and that all our clients receive the assistance they need. I am proud to be a part of this team and feel grateful for the opportunity to serve Curtin University's staff and students.During my time at DTS, I have come to appreciate the valuable work that our team does, particularly in supporting the staff and students of Curtin University. It has been a fulfilling experience to see the impact that our services have on the Curtin community and to be a part of it.
