Freelance BJTC accredited Journalist with a passion for presenting and writing. I have an interest in all forms of journalism and reporting and media production, through online print, journalism, TV and Radio , be that presenting, researching, directing or producing, I have experienced all of these through my studies at University and in work placements.I have had numerous articles published with YorkMix and radio bulletins broadcast with Vixen 101 radio. I have presented short TV and Radio news bulletins whilst at University, I have written articles on a range of things from court reporting & council meetings to opinion pieces & features. I am proficient with the use of filming equipment to create news packages for TV and recording equipment for radio, I have experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition, I have used Burli for radio. I have worked with industry professionals in voice coaching to enhance my presenting skills.I presented a documentary based on the life of Freemasons, something which I found really interesting and would love to continue with similar roles.I am a fan of and regularly compete in Motorsports, especially stage rallying, I would love to get into motorsport reporting in future as this is one of my greatest passions. I also love to travel and would love to experience being a journalist in another country through my work, to further enhance my skills.
