Create and test procedures used by the production team to build and install computer systems. Continuously update and improve the procedures based on feedback from trip reports and in house system build issues.Provide support to the production team to resolve computer system issues in house and in the field.Test, verify and document new system components before ECO approval.Troubleshoot and solve problems for the production team.Create Windows PowerShell and VBS scripts to automate system build tasks. Also created automated quality check scripts and automated system clean up scripts.
