1. Manage all activities are relevant to order fulfillment/Planning of more than 20 CMs in South East of Asia(SEA)2. Drive the new project/dual source project kick off at SEA to mitigate the tariff impact 3. Drive the allocations/level loading to maximize the capacity4. Manage/Monitor the daily/weekly production/materials/capacity plan to make sure 100% OTIF5. Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and CMs6. Build up the materials/inventory management/safety stock/E&O process at each of CMs to support business needs7. Handle issues management during production and delivery

1.Manage the production &Materials &Capacity &shipment planning, including 2 plants，also in charge of oversea factory injection machine capacity planning2.Monthly MPS review meeting with management team, include MPS/Machine/Tools/Projects/ Production and Manpower planning3.Monthly critical projects capacity against forecast review to make sure we have sufficient capacity to fulfill the customer demand, level loading the demand if needed4.Manage all the production &Shipment planning include in-house & sub-contract, work with related function to achieve on time delivery target5.ITO management, closely monitor the materials pull in & push out schedule to make sure no shortage also no excess

1.Manage the production& materials planning and the inventory, drive the improvement of production yield&ITO 2.Leads the new project launch, do proposal of lines/molds requirements and timelines recommendation to management team, and leads the meeting with the vendor’s management team to review the mass production readiness include facilities, tools, machines, materials and manpower3.Working with UK sales team on the launch plan confirmation and own the launch plan management, drive the yield improvement through coordinate internal resources to make sure on time launch4.Regular capacity management against on hand orders and forecast of all partners5.Generate the different purchasing strategies to balance the partner’s requirements and expectations to maximum company’s benefits 6.Drives continuous improvement in partner side to support company business requirement7.Continuous supply chain process improvement include China office, HK logistics team and UK operation team8.Establish, Implements and strengthen the contractual relationships with all vendors

1.Manage the overall production planning & material planning &Order fulfillment 2.Manage the Ramp Plan and material plan, make sure all the production are able to fulfill MPS requirements3.Manage the overall inventory, continuous to drive inventory reduction to improve the ITO, and keep closely to monitor the E&O stock while project in EOL stage4.Manage supply issues proactively by involving respective cross-functional teams5.Coordinate with project team in the Proto/EVT/PVT stage, make sure the materials/production are on time delivered/finished in NPI stage6.Regular weekly meeting with internal team include ramp plan, materials plan, Inventory reduction plan, CTB and E&O, and weekly meeting with top management include to review the SIOP, Overall Inventory report, Order fulfillment rate, Materials & FG DOI7.Work with Apple local GSM team for all the issues include production planning, materials, order fulfillments, E&O

1.Supervise and in charge of the Customs, logistics, Inventory, Material planning, Purchasing and Production Planning of the factory and ensure the best service rate towards customers. 2.Host the monthly production meeting, make sure related functions clear know the shipment task and drive the actives if any issues raised during the meeting 3.Develop new suppliers, Keep to drive the supplier localization and cost reductions 4.Supervising the customs activity to ensure all related imports and exports being complied with the state customs regulation. 5.Supervising the logistics activities and drive the cost reductions, make sure all import/export are on time6.Supervising the warehouse, keep continuously ITO improvement 7.Continuously improve and optimize the flow from Customers orders reception to the finished-goods delivery at final destination in order to respect the quality, the lead time and the costs.

1. Be responsible for making materials requirement and expediting the ordering process to satisfy production capacity, and controlling materials inventory. Ensure all required materials to support production on time. 2 Material purchasing & production planning process optimizing, and provide the effective solution when the material shortages. 3. Monitor and coordinate the reject/replacement materials process, and track suppliers to deliver materials in time. Drive the quality improvement process of the suppliers.
