Over the past 36 years, I have successfully worked in virtually every aspect of construction and compliance management from pre-construction planning to operational oversight. Experience centers on the development, implementation, and management of new construction and rehabilitation programs for projects in the oil and natural gas industry. Managed or supervised construction and compliance teams for over 2,000 miles of pipelines and ancillary facilities in the continental United States and its near shore waters. During construction planning I prepared project construction documents, budget estimates, schedules, route selection and evaluation, negotiate permit conditions with state and federal agencies, manage field and office personnel, logistics, etc. I provided the client with progress and budgetary forecast.
