Responsibility for a staff of approximately 60 people. Worked with adapting of operations to an increased, but unfortunately later reduced, demand where we were forced to make reduces of our staff. Implemented budgeting, quality work and changes of layouts. Worked with staff development to gain more flexibility. Total responsibility of key customers. Responsibility to strengthen the position of the company, make the company become competitive and increase the profitability, long-term and strategically. Ensure a good businessrelation with turnover- and performance accountability. The role also includes to link the right person at the own company with the right person at the company of the customer, in terms of new ideas and implementation of projects.Charge of a Customer team with staff placed in Åtvidaberg, Vellinge and the production unit in Poland. Coordination of staff, developing specifications of requirements and responsibility of the economics, calculations of costs and cost monitoring. Responsibility of customers.Charge of transfer of production from the unit in Sweden to the unit in Poland.

Responsible for taking over a customer's existing production, as Acting Branch Manager, and thereafter liquidate and transfer the operations to another production location. Involved tasks as union negotiations, information to the relevant staff and, unfortunately, also give staff notice of dismissal. Also worked as improvement leader (black belt) with propulsion of improvement projects at the PartnerTech factory in Åtvidaberg.Was, in a given period, a member in the management team in Vellinge.

Charge of production and staff of production. In the role as Production Engineer Manager: pursue efficiency improvements to provide increased profitability. Responsible for major investments in the electronics production.

Established quotes and calculations for manufacturing by the request of customers. Examined basis with regards to producibility, costs and quality requirements. Managed projects for new production assignments, developed working methods. Contributed to identify solutions of technical problems in productions. Responsible for project costs and production results, and follow-up.
