Oversaw operations of two 50" 6/C Offset presses, added and implemented closed loop color systems. Both with Aqueous and UV coating capability.Created a direct to plate state of the art Prepress Department from the ground up, at its peak we processed 400 print orders monthly. Planned the work area and worked with contractors, ordered equipment and handled installation of all computer equipment and networks within the facility.This project from Inception to becoming fully operational was accomplished in less than 4 months.In addition hired and personally trained more than 5 technicians.• Worked closely with some of our largest clients implementing workflows and processes to successfully produce their products with our organization for the first time.• Created a wide format department self-designed B2C online storefront which allows individuals to purchase personalized board books; site generates 35,000 visitors per month 25,000 of which are unique.• Created inter-departments for screen printing, hot foil stamping and other production processes. This included all materials and processes associated with these operations; these work zones were accomplished without the addition of new personnel.Software/Hardware Expertise:• Adobe Creative Suite (CC2014), Mac/PC based Graphics Programs, Preps, Microsoft Office, Multiple Ripping systems, MacOS, Windows, Networking / Server Installation and trouble shooting, Specialize in Cross Platform Workflows.

Handled daily and long term operations of Electronic Prepress Department capable of producing fully imposed plate ready films for plates up to 46”.Department consisted of three Shift Supervisors and eight to ten operators. Implemented and maintained digital file transfer systems.• Personally developed workflow and instructed in-house training at our largest clients (Wegmans) Rochester headquarters so their personnel could produce high quality PDF's in house and deliver them via internet for their weekly print circular.• Designed and implemented production procedures and workflows within the department.
