I have joined SERT in June 2021 as a Sales Associate through the Kickstarter Government Scheme. I'm looking forward to gaining experience in the recruitment industry doing a wide variety of tasks including marketing, admin, IT as well as meeting new people improving my communication skills. My education and passion so far is in the IT industry. I enjoy working on the company's website as well as utilising the company's CRM platform therefore helping our candidates to have the best journey possible. I also format documents and gather data for candidates using a keen eye for detail. I have passed my probation period after 6 successful months and I was offered a permanent employment which was one of the greatest achievements of my life.
