Program Manager
Current- Program Supervisor for a team of inbound/outbound agents handling customer service and sales of products and services and vendor management for Verizon Wireless, Little Tikes, MTD Products.
- Manage the day to day activities of the team related to metrics and performance measures, issue resolution and process improvement for the order to fulfillment process.
- Drive improvements that enhance customer service and team efficiencies.
- Extensive employee development and training experience in client services, products and in-market promotions.
- Direct interaction with external clients in managing customer expectations, data analysis, performance goals and special project management.
- Utilize a proprietary CRM system for customer service issues management, billing management and wireless service activations.
