I offered strategic financial advice to business leaders through performing detailed evaluations, analysis and reporting to drive commercial performance of a start up business in the district heating industry. I reviewed existing financial processes, introduced new models to enhance business dealings and wrote feasibility studies with commercial and technical approval and buy-in. I scrutinised costs and set prices for district heating projects whilst preparing budgets and supporting auditing. Most notably, I played a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the commercial and technical understanding of sales and marketing teams, and developed and introduced products and customer service proposals to drive service excellence.
