While I was mostly in the marketing/video side of this process, I still had to learn how the products were developed and what they did. I worked with the programers and developers often to see how best to market and demo the software. I also ran my teams in a very "Agile" environment. While Symantec didn't want to switch over to Agile at the time time, I was still in charge of my teams and could run them as I saw best and this meant that I put Agile type practices in place. After leaving Symantec I decided to make it official and get my certification.In my career I've had a variety of jobs - everything from Food & Beverage Director at a 5-Star Resort to Advertising Exec and from Video Producer to Live Theater Owner. I've produced and emceed events all over the globe, ran teams that numbered in the 100's, marketed $600 bean bags in a way that made people happy to buy them, and everything in between. I see myself as someone who not only can lead teams and manage projects, but someone who can fill gaps as needed.
