I am responsible for the emergency preparedness and response programs for all Cisco offices in the Americas. From Canada to Chile, I help ensure the disaster resiliency of Cisco through emergency planning, training, and management of the company's volunteer Emergency Response Teams.

BICEPP (Business and Industry Council for Emergency Planning and Preparedness) started in 1983 by Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley as a forum for business owners to learn how to become self-sufficient during disasters. Now a non-profit organization, BICEPP develops and presents training and provides networking for emergency management and business continuity professionals. As a member of the board of directors, Bob serves on various committees to plan, develop, and present educational resources for BICEPP's members and guests, including webinars, tabletop exercises, seminars, and other programs to enrich the skills and knowledge of participants.

Para Los Niños is a community-based non-profit organization that provides educational and family support services to Los Angeles’s neediest communities. Para Los Niños services include child development and education, three Charter Schools, child abuse prevention and intervention, after-school enrichment, and youth diversion and delinquency prevention. Bob manages the emergency preparedness and safety programs at the organization’s twelve locations in the Los Angeles area.

Conducted training sessions and evaluated skills in CPR, First Aid, AED, and other emergency medical topics.

Collaborated with composers, directors, producers, and others in the creation of the musical soundtrack for film and television productions. Worked on numerous productions.
