When I retired from United Way of Chittenden County in 2013, I was determined to take a full year off to consider what I might like to do next, and was fortunate to be able to do just that. But three quarters of the way through that year, I felt as though there was yet another career for me, and after some soul searching and a few forays into other possibilities, settled on real estate. It seemed the ideal choice for me to combine my marketing and communications skills - and also my love of architecture and delight in collaborating with colleagues to find solutions.
