With over 30 years of experience in the media industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader in global content production, with a focus on live action and audio. I currently serve as the Director of Recording Operations at LinkedIn, where I oversee the delivery of high-quality and engaging learning solutions across seven languages and multiple platforms. I am driven by the mission of empowering people to achieve their professional and personal goals through lifelong learning and access to relevant and timely information. In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the global learning solution's content roadmap. I lead and align the best practices and culture across LinkedIn Learning's global production teams in NAMER, EMEA and APAC, and scale the global production facilities to support the evolving content needs. I also drive strategic initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the live action production and audio engineering teams. I leverage my skills in management and leadership to develop and empower my team members, and to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
