This included providing comprehensive training sessions on our company-specific software, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.As Atom Power achieved its staffing goals, my role evolved into a Proposal Manager position where I worked with a team overseeing and crafting the entire proposal process. This involved identifying and evaluating new government RFQ opportunities, coordinating projects, assembling subject matter experts, and ensuring timely proposal submissions. Additionally, our President/CEO tasked me with identifying process gaps in the ordering system and developing the inside sales operations which lead to leading weekly sales meetings, offering detailed insights into our pipeline, revenue, and fulfillment metrics. Building strong team and customer relationships was always my top priority with the goal of meeting company growth projections.

As a key liaison for our represented company, I successfully increased our manufacturing employee headcount by 85% while extending average retention by six months. My finance responsibilities extended to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing monthly vendor invoices for EMS and TLC departments.I implemented strategic consolidation measures that resulted in a 73% reduction in copy and paper costs within a year.
