I started in the swimming pool industry in 1984 and at first, I was just a helper. I soon started cleaning swimming pools, as well as, around the pools on commercial accounts. As the company grew I moved into the office starting as receptionist and moving into A/P, HR, and leadership roles. Around 2010 we opened the first of five retail locations and I was General manager and still am currently. I manage staff helping to solve day to day issues of operation. As Vice President and a business owner learning from the bottom up, I know what it takes to run a business. I have served in almost every position in the company. As a company, we have made the top 50 service companies in the country from Pool and Spa Magazine in 2019 & 2020. Recently we made the Aqua Magazine top ten retailers for the Aqua 100, 2021. We have been featured in PoolPro magazine and have been awarded Franchise partner of the year 2016, commercial excellence 2017 & 2018, brand excellence 2020 and retail store of the year 2021. We won Franchise Partner of the year again in 2022. We have decided on a new journey. Really looking to the future.
