I stumbled into the renewable energy/energy efficiency sector in 2006 & found my passion. I have always found great personal fulfillment from helping people. I have been a small business owner since 2009, and have a great understanding of not only the challenges faced by small business operators but those faced by small business in the renewable energy sector, with the ever changing face of government incentives causing booms and busts. I am along with Brett Emo and Luke Fraser own and operate Solar Integrity based in Albury Wodonga on the Victorian NSW border. Integrity is everything to us so we decided to add into our business name. I have a very strong sense of community, and enjoy building relationships and assisting groups that are working to build resilience within our community. I have a strong customer & community focused background which goes back to growing up in beautiful Yackandandah. I am also a strong advocate for the solar industry and am a Co Founder of Renewable Albury Wodonga Energy - a local community energy group gaining strong traction in our area. And also a Co Founder for Australian Women in Solar Energy (AWISE), where we are creating an industry network to connect women across our industry. This is my volunteer work. Since 2019 I have represented my industry by being a member of the Clean Energy Council's Installer Reference Group. Since 2019 I have also been a member of Solar Victoria's Industry & Consumer Reference Group.
