Preparing all bid documents, locating or creating all required attachments, Securing Bonds, Ordering Plans and Specs for prospective bids, maintaining bid schedules for 5 companies and working with BidSmart and I sq ft.Major Projects; I served as project administrator on this 130,000-square-foot addition to the NCAA National Headquarters. The addition significantly enhances the availability of flexible space that can transition between various uses by adding 24,000 square feet of meeting and conference space in addition to 106,000 square feet of office space. This project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.

I served as assistant to project managers, created various forms and spread sheets and handled all correspondence. Handled bid documents, construction plans, contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, proposal requests, requests for information, permitting, payroll and submittals. I was responsible for making sure subcontractors were current with safety qualifications, certificates of insurance and all other job requirements. I prepared AIA document pay applications to Owner and coded and phased subcontractor pay applications for payment as well as prepared O&Ms and all other close out documentation. Assisted Estimating in coordinating bid documents, obtaining Bid Bonds when applicable and collecting or creating all forms needed as attachments to bid.
