Since moving into recruitment I have found a passion for developing relationships through creating a personalised approach and adding value to organisations and candidates by offering trusted advice and solutions to help them achieve and exceed their business and career goals. Prior to commencing my career in recruitment I recognised that all of my roles and ones where I thrived were customer or client facing. Having been exposed to over 10 years of experience in business to consumer and business to business sales across multiple industries it was a natural progression to move into sales recruitment.Outside of the office, my daughter keeps me very busy (and on my toes). On weekends you will find me doing those ‘classic Melbournian’ things, whether it be a walk around the ‘tan’ with a coffee in hand or enjoying a wine with friends outside. Which usually involves being in the sun, wearing a coat, and wondering which hand to hold my umbrella and in which hand to hold my wine with when it starts raining!
