Maintaining food quality rotations.Meet with fellow team leaders from kitchen and packaging to decide daily recipe line up. Distribute recipes to formulation team members. Assign mixer and team member for each recipe. Select team members for pre wash for current or following schedule (opening can good, dicing select cheeses, and grinding eggs. Meat salad preparation to USDA prodical. Ensure sanitation and HASSIP procedures and paperwork are being completed as required to ensure food safety. Assist team members with pre, mixing, and pre wash while monitoring all team members to ensure safety as well as completion of our daily schedule obligations.
